If we are talking wings we cannot have the conversation without Asian style.
When I want to be a little healthier than typical chicken wings I reach for Cauliflower.
This recipe is inspired by one of my favorite Korean wing restaurants.
So today we have Asian-garlic Cauliflower Wings.
Asian-Garlic Sauce
- 3 Tbs Coco Aminos (soy sauce alternative)
- 3 Tbs Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbs Minced Garlic
- 1 Tbs Minced Ginger
- 1/4 Cup Rice Vinegar
- 1 Tbs Arrowroot Starch (corn starch alternative)
Wing Ingredients:
- 1 Head of Cauliflower
- Asian Garlic Sauce*
- 2 Tbs Olive Oil
- 1/4 Cup Arrowroot Starch
- 1 Tbs Garlic Salt
- 1 Tbs Oregano
- 2 tsp Black Pepper
Directions:
2. Toss cauliflower, olive oil, and soy-garlic sauce in large bowl
3. Mix arrowroot, garlic salt, oregano, and black pepper
4. Pour and mix in dry ingredients with coated cauliflower
5. Place half of cauliflower wings into air fryer tray and cook at 350 degrees for 10-15mins
6. Repeat until all cauliflower is cooked
