No matter how creative and stylish I get with my recipes these few ingredients are the holy grail and the secret to keep my digestion up to par.
This is why I call this my magical smoothie milk base because they wouldn’t be Herbnstyle smoothies with out it!
With these 4 ingredients any smoothie will be stylish!
Smoothie Milk Base Recipe:
- 1 1/2 cup Vanilla Oat Milk
- 1/8 cup Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinigar
- 1 Tbsp Pureed Ginger
