Snatched Summer Smoothies

My health journey, like most, started with smoothies… literally drinking your nutrients to get your best results.

I was going to all of these smoothie and juice shops. And the smoothies would either be packed with loads of sugar or too expensive for their own good.

This when I started taking matters into my own hands and making health and tasty smoothies myself.

So I have for you my favorite go-to smoothie recipes during the summer to keep me healthy and snatched.

“Green Fine•Apple”

  • Half a green apple
  • Half an Avocado
  • 1 cups of Kale (packed)
  • 1/4 cup Pineapple
  • 1/4 cup Frozen Mango
  • Smoothie Milk Base*

“A Beet Date”

  • Half an Avocado
  • 1/4 cup Dried Dates (pitted)
  • 1/4 cup Frozen Mango
  • 1 cup Beet Juice
  • Smoothie Milk Base*

“Orange•Ya Glad I Said Yes”

  • 1 Medium Orange
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 cup Mango
  • 1 Tbsp Turmeric Powder
  • Smoothie Milk Base*
